Who   Drew   Dat   Line   Over   There   ???
Ps:1:1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
1:2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
1:3 And
The Psalms were written by several authors, and not in the order in which they are presented in the Bible. However, in the compilers' wisdom, and the Inspiration of the H.G., this one was chosen to introduce the Psalms.
Even in about 1520 B.C. there were distinctions bet. living for God or not.
There is a standard. We have guidelines. There is an outline of what is required of us. It is a blessed thing to live for Him. It brings prosperity, delight, fruitfulness, and all that is good.
The Psalm ends by saying that He knows our ways. Isn't it good to know that He knows. Isn't it a blessing knowing that he sees what we go through and live with everyday; the tough times, the struggles, the delirous times, times of utter confusion and disorientation.
In it all, we are encouraged to remain as one of His righteous ones and not go astray. There is a consequence for straying and crossing the line.

His Holiness requires our purity.
LIVE FOR HIM EVERYDAY.

GO  BACK  AND  FINISH  IT  !!!
1Samuel:1:9-10-18:
So Hannah rose up after they had eaten in Shiloh, and after they had drunk. Now Eli the priest sat upon a seat by a post of the temple of the Lord. And she was in bitterness of soul, and prayed unto the Lord, and wept sore. . .
. .
This meal was part of a sacrifice unto the Lord Of Hosts, in a joyous time and it would be inappropriate to even taste it, with a heart of grief and bitterness . . . not that appetite would allow it either.
Although the norm might have been to finish the festivities with a social bang, she left the crowd and went back to the altar area. She wasn't finished, her problem wasn't solved, and her heart did not YET get the peace she needed to move on.

It is OK to leave the culture and break with some traditions when it comes to our conversations with the Father. The norm or being average, just don't cut it. Fitting into the crowd won't bring the peace nor the answer. Though we may all have issues, some similar, that does not mean that the approach to the resolve is the same . . . she changed her custom and went back . . . back to the place of supplications and answers . . . "let the others move on . . . I can't, not yet . . . but when I do, it will be with my hands full."

It is ok to

KEEP  AN  OILY  HAPPY  HEAD.
Ps:23:5b:
...: thou anointest my head with oil;...

Here king David praises the Father for anointing him with His precious oil...the oil of gladness and joy.
Anointing was an ancient custom practiced by the Egyptians, and after the Greeks, Romans, and otr nations. It was also used by the Hebrews for the coronation of kings, the installation of the high priest, and esp as an act of courtesy and hospitality toward guests. The neglect of the practice was considered as a sign of mourning.

When we enter into His gates with thanksgiving and into His courts with praise, He anoints us with the oil of the Holy Spirit. We are the guests of Jehovah, and hence the royal treatment. He expects us to accept His hospitality and to participate in all that He lays b4 us ... the blessings, the peace, the glory of His presence. "In His presence there is fulness of joy..."

As His children we are encouraged to always abide in him. To always be in His presence. To always be His guest. To always be anointed. To always have the slickest oil spill happening.

Thanksgiving Day . . . Just One Day???
Ps:100:4:
Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
It's Thanksgiving Day in Canada. A day like this one, is a beautiful idea. To rem the blessings we all take for granted, or were too busy to think off otherwise. A day when Someone else comes first and we take second place ... or is it that our preparations and planning have become of greater concern???
Now turkey is good, and communing with loved ones, that one has not been in touch with for a while, is special, however, I believe, it is important to spend some time with your Best friend first and then go baste the turkey. He deserves all of the praises and the honour and the glory. He makes every day special. He is life and gives life.

It may be the official day for the country, but in God's calendar, everyday is officially "T Day."

DO GOOD . . . Have Fun With That.
Heb:13:16:
But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
Doing takes effort and time. It involves some action ...  Doing good, now that definitely swigs effort and time. However, The Father is well pleased with good deeds . . . let's all do a little more today, for someone else even in prayer, and lets put a smile on Gods' face ;-)

TOO   MUCH   COUNTERFEIT   $$$   AROUND
1Jn:4:2:
Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confess that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God.

1Jn:5:12-13:
He that hath the Son hath life; ...
These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God;
In such a time as this, where creativity and ideas are unleashed, and technology is amazing so many of us, it is no wonder that there are so many imitations of all of our various curriencies.

If one does not have the "real thing," then one can't have the benefits of what can be bought with it. We may or may not know what we've got, but the result is the same- no benefit from a counterfit... while you may be thinking, it works for so many people, by the hundreds of dollars, well no big deal, i have another story about that...

Recently i broke a $100. note and went to another store..ok... to get more shoes. When i passed the bunch of $20.'s, one (1) was handed back to me and i was told that they can't accept it bec it looks fake!!!    :-0  not my fault... but that set me back by $20.
My loss, not the store i got the change from, nor the store that won't accept my cash.... but I was affected. I lost, not them...ok, I could have been questioned or even arrested, but God is goooood.

Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
The World needs the peace that comes through knowing Jesus.

Holiness . . . the inner beauty.
1Peter:3:4:
But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.
The inner beauty of the heart is worth alot in the sight of the Father. He who can read the heart and the mind. Who knows the value of all creation. He who made all things. He values your inner man.

BE GRACED WITH THE SPIRIT OF PEACE.
